Welcome to Yuh Blockin'! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yuh Blockin' mobile application ("App") operated by DezeTingz ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Yuh Blockin' is a vehicle monitoring application that allows users to:

• Register and monitor license plates
• Receive notifications when registered plates are detected
• Access premium features through paid subscriptions

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Monitor vehicles without legitimate purpose
• Infringe on the privacy rights of others
• Engage in any illegal surveillance activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Premium Features

• Certain features require a paid subscription
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase

5.2 Billing

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's app store settings

5.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies
• We do not directly process refunds for app store purchases

5.4 Price Changes

• We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice
• Price changes will not affect active subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• The App and its content are owned by DezeTingz
• This includes design, graphics, text, and software
• Our trademarks may not be used without permission

6.2 Limited License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
• This license is for personal, non-commercial use only
• This license does not include the right to modify or distribute the App

7. User Content

7.1 Your Data

• You retain ownership of data you provide (e.g., license plate numbers)
• You grant us a license to use this data to provide the service

7.2 Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• You confirm you have the right to monitor any plates you register

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results will be accurate or reliable

8.3 Alert Limitations

• Alerts depend on third-party services and network connectivity
• We cannot guarantee delivery or timing of notifications
• The App should not be relied upon as the sole means of vehicle security

9. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DezeTingz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

11. Termination

11.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the App or by contacting us

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk

• We discontinue the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DezeTingz regarding the App.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
