How do I register a license plate?
Open the app, tap the "+" button on the home screen, enter your license plate number, select your country/region, and tap "Register". You'll receive notifications when your plate is detected.
Why am I not receiving notifications?
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Yuh Blockin'. Go to Settings > Apps > Yuh Blockin' > Notifications and ensure they're turned on. Also check that you haven't exceeded your daily alert limit on the free tier.
What's included in Premium?
Premium subscribers get unlimited daily alerts, can register up to 10 license plates, and enjoy priority notification delivery. Free users are limited to 3 alerts per day and 3 registered plates.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On Android, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions. On iOS, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. Find Yuh Blockin' and tap Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store depending on your device. Contact their support directly through the app store where you made the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app in Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including registered plates and notification history. You can also email us at dev@dezetingz.ai to request account deletion.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We don't collect location data or personal identification documents. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
